It is with great sadness that I let you all know that the Teen Book Slam will not be continuing. I am no longer with Queens Library and so our fabulous, ten-year journey has come to an end. Running the Book Slam each summer was without a doubt my favorite thing to do all year and I feel blessed and grateful to have been your fearless moderator thse 10 summers, and to have been able to share my love of reading with you. I will miss the Book Slam so much and hope you all have fond memories of your participation.
